Cera Alba (Beeswax), Cera Flava (Beeswax)

Beeswax, purified wax obtained from the combs of honeybees. Is used mainly for its emulsion stabilizing characteristics. It gives structure to the products and is also used to give consistency to stick products. Alba designates bleached beeswax, flava stands for unbleached (yellow) beeswax.
