Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition this means it is unopened and untested. For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund skincare creams or cosmetics unless they are faulty or not as described.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging we recommend that items are returned using Royal Mail's recorded delivery (or a similar trackable service) to ensure they reach us safely. Please see below for exceptions to this policy.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange: For reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund or exchange personal grooming products or cosmetics unless they are faulty.

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Please note that where the items are not faulty, incorrect or damaged upon returning them to us we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
